  8. Quite simply, PayAdvice is an extremely intuitive & easy-to-use database
  9. program designed specially for keeping a computerized record of all your
  10. payslips.

  12. Have you ever been curious about just how much of your hard-earned wages
  13. ends up in the hands of the tax man? Or have you ever wondered about how
  14. much has been paid into the company pension fund? Or how much you've been
  15. paid in overtime for all those extra hours you've been working? This prog
  16. can tell you!

  18. Requires Kickstart 2.0 and at least 1 meg memory. Kickstart 3.0 and extra
  19. memory are both recommended, but not essential.

  22. NOTES FOR THIS RELEASE

  24.   - Improved GUI: Replaced the boxes-on-the-screen selection method with
  25.     a new list-based routine.
  26.  
  27.   - When entering start & end dates in the Totals and Printout routines,
  28.     you can now enter any date that you want, instead of being restricted
  29.     to only using dates which correspond to payslip entries.
  30.  
  31.   - The calendar now always defaults to the date that was supplied in the
  32.     date field, instead of remembering the previous date that you entered.

  34.   - Bug fix: There was a daft problem with the IDCMP flags in some of the
  35.     windows, which would sometimes cause it to do silly things like trying
  36.     to reset the string gadgets whenever any mouse movements occured!
